SUJAN AMGAIN

Sujan Amgain, the International Business Manager of Ace Holiday Treks, brings with him an inspiring blend of academic excellence, professional versatility, and global exposure. Hailing from a middle-class family in a rural village of Gorkha, his early education was rooted in the simplicity of village life. In 1999, he moved to Kathmandu with the determination to pursue higher studies. His academic journey began in Science but gradually expanded into the field of Social Sciences, where he found his passion for understanding people, societies, and global relations. He completed his Master’s degree in Peace and Development Studies in Nepal, with Tourism as one of his key elective subjects. His academic pursuit later took him to Norway, where he completed another Master’s degree in International Relations, further broadening his global outlook.

Over the years, Sujan has worn many professional hats, each enriching his understanding of people, cultures, and development. He has worked as a language instructor, academic counselor, business development advisor, social development consultant, lecturer and a professional trainer. Each of these experiences sharpened his skills in communication, problem-solving, and leadership while deepening his sensitivity towards cultural diversity and human values. Complementing his professional expertise, Sujan has extensive travel experience to many European countries, the UK, Japan, Thailand, UAE, Qatar, and India for various academic and professional purposes, giving him a firsthand understanding of global tourism trends and international business practices. He has also extensive travel and trekking experience in most of the popular travel destinations and trekking trails of the Himalaya.

Today, as the International Business Manager at Ace Holiday Treks, Sujan is the key figure in building strong international partnerships and client relationships. He is responsible for leading the development of innovative adventure and travel packages that resonate with travelers from across the globe. Sujan stands out for his exceptional language skills - fluent in Nepali, English, and Hindi - which contribute to his polished, professional demeanor and ability to connect across diverse audiences. With his expertise in marketing strategies, cross-cultural communication, and business development, he ensures that the company remains globally competitive while staying rooted in the authentic experiences Nepal has to offer.
