Awesome company. Will book again!

My friends and I did the Manaslu circuit with Ace Holiday Treks. Narayan was charming and helpful throughout the process of booking and answered any questions we had promptly. Once we were in Nepal he made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. During the trek our guide, YB, was awesome and hilarious. He and our porters (Tek and Vishnu) were excellent made sure our pace was consistent and that we were well fed and our lodgings were good. I am grateful for having them take care of me as I trudged slowly over the Larke Pass. As for the Manaslu circuit itself, I highly recommend it for more experienced trekkers or atleast highly motivated ones. It was my first trek in Nepal and I didn't know until after that most people do EBC or Annapurna first. It was definitely not easy (lots of 'nepali flats...or basically infinite steep ups and downs) and while some of the teahouses were nice, the majority of them were very basic - four walls, a bed, no heat, and a light if you are lucky. Food is generally okay - most places have the same menu that get more scarce the higher you go. Teahouses all the way up with the exception of Dharmasala right before the pass, which is most likely a tent - (Dharmasala, no sleep, no shower!) - which is a smelly crowded mess anyways. You don't spend too much time there anyhow. At the end of our trek, we had made some lifelong friends along the way and took some amazing photos of the mountains. If you're looking for breathtaking photos to put on postcards, or just want epic Facebook profiles, this is the trek for you. Also - randomly the majority of trekkers we met were French or European. Not sure why - less diversity than the Annapurna circuit. If you do do the Manaslu trek, do it with Ace Holiday Treks. And as they say, Dal Bhat power, 24 hour!

Manaslu Circuit Trek

This was our first trek in Nepal and it could not of gone better. Even before landing, Narayan, the Managing Director, made sure we had all the necessary information and tools to prep. Him and his team greeted us at the airport and from there every detail was taken care of. The trekking Guide provided to us was a blast and very knowledgeable and even the porters spoke engkish well enough to provide help and assistance. I would not hesitate to recommend Narayan and the Ace Trek team to any visitor to Nepal.

It was a wonterful visit to Manaslu circuit trek

I did the Manaslu Circuit Trek with Ace Holiday Treks in October with a group of five. The whole trip was well organized from Kathmandu to the return. What I liked most was how the guide handled different fitness levels in the group. Some days we were fast, some days very slow, but there was never any pressure. The hardest part was definitely the climb to Larkya La Pass. It was long, cold, and mentally tiring, but the guide kept everyone steady and focused. Our porter, Pasang, was incredibly strong and always ahead of us, even in snow sections. This trek gave us a real sense of the remote Manaslu trekking experience in Nepal, far away from busy trails.
